Stephan Winters is a partner of BLUEROPE Consult GmbH He previously held various management positions in the IT industry and has managed numerous complex IT projects as an IT consultant projects for banks and insurance companies. Stephan Winters has also specialized in the topics of IT service management processes, outsourcing, restructuring and transformation of business transformation of business units.
Especially in the financial services industry, Stephan Winters has proven himself as an IT and outsourcing expert in several projects. In this context, he supports his clients in the design, implementation and control of global IT processes, in the selection of suitable providers, IT systems and operator models as well as in the implementation of sustainable quality improvements and efficiency increases as part of their digitalization projects.
After studying electrical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf, Stephan Winters started his career in the HP Service Organization, initially in the technical environment, moving into IT delivery functions until he later served global large outsourcing clients as Engagement Manager or Global Client Director. As sole Managing Director, he successfully transformed Prosystems IT GmbH into an IT outsourcing service provider with ITIL-certified services, new IT service products and lean governance structures in the banking environment. Overall, Stephan Winters looks back on more than 30 years of experience in consulting and industry.
