Jens Bohlen

Jens Bohlen is the founder and managing partner of BLUEROPE Consult GmbH. Previously, he spent more than 27 years in various management positions in corporate groups and medium-sized companies in the IT industry – with customers in the financial services, retail, IT and automotive industries.
After studying electrical engineering, he began his career at HP in the technical area and played a key role in building up the global IT outsourcing business. In Germany, he held management positions in sales, outsourcing and managed services and was responsible for the integration of several companies into the HP service organization. At Wincor Nixdorf, Jens Bohlen took over the management of the global IT Services business, and also temporarily assumed the role of CEO in the U.S. and was then responsible for the global banking business as a member of the Board of Directors. He joined macrosConsult GmbH as managing director and partner and today maintains a close partnership with the consulting firm.
In his long professional career, Jens Bohlen has managed a large number of programs worldwide. In addition to successful growth and revenue enhancement programs, focal points included the sustainable, market-oriented transformation of large business units as well as globalization programs to establish uniform standards, processes and organizational structures worldwide.
